Payment & Booking
Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. If we cannot access your property at the scheduled appointment time, a call-out fee may apply.

Scheduling & Availability
All installations are scheduled subject to availability at Beare Group’s discretion. Beare Group reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, supply delays, or technician availability). A call-out fee will apply if the installation cannot proceed due to inaccurate or incomplete site information provided by the customer.

Warranty & Liability
The AC Ceiling Fan supplied is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (please refer to the manufacturer’s website for warranty details).

General Terms
Beare Group reserves the right to decline installation services if conditions are deemed unsafe, non-compliant, or outside the scope of the standard offer. Any additional work required will be quoted separately and must receive customer approval prior to commencement. The customer is responsible for providing safe, clear, and unobstructed access for installation.
