A call-out fee will apply if the installation cannot proceed due to inaccurate or incomplete site information provided by the customer.

Beare Group reserves the right to decline installation services if conditions are deemed unsafe, non-compliant, or outside the scope of the standard offer. Any additional work required will be quoted separately and must receive customer approval prior to commencement. The customer is responsible for providing safe, clear, and unobstructed access for installation.
